The company was established by a father-son duo, Mr. Shailendra Rathore and Mr. Karan Rathore, who combined their knowledge, expertise, and entrepreneurial drive to create a promising industrial venture. Mr. Shailendra Rathore, a civil engineer by profession, has years of technical experience and a strong understanding of construction materials and their practical applications. His background in engineering provided the technical foundation required to develop a product line that met the demands of the welding and fabrication industry. On the other hand, his  son, Mr. Karan Rathore, represents the modern, business-oriented perspective of the firm. After completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA), Karan Rathore made a deliberate decision to venture into entrepreneurship rather than pursue a conventional corporate career. With his academic knowledge in management and finance, he brought in fresh ideas, innovative strategies, and a forward-looking approach that complemented his father’s technical expertise. Together, they created a balanced leadership structure that blended experience with modern business acumen.
